Parents/BCS Supporters,
I want to thank those who were able to help work at the last two work days we had scheduled in July. The campus is looking good and there has been some work done in a few of the classrooms. I also want to thank the school board members who have given extra time lately to work at the school. We have a wonderful group of men who are willing to do what they can to help, so please let them know how much they are appreciated.Open House for BCS is scheduled for this Sunday which means the starting of school is just around the corner. With that said....we will be having a PTF Meeting August 13th at 6:30 PM in the school cafteria. We need as many parents and those interested in Boyd Christian School to attend this VERY IMPORTANT meeting for the new school year. We will have the election of PTF Officers and also discuss the Fair Booth at this meeting. I look forward to seeing you at Open House and on August 13th. Thank you for all that you do to help Christian Education.

Work Day

BCS Supporters,

This is a reminder that we will have a work day this coming Saturday, 07/25/09, starting at 8:00 AM. Please bring any yard tools such as trimmers, rakes, blowers, etc. We will also be working inside the building, so any items you can think of for inside work will also be helpful. BCS Parents/Supporters,
I hope everyone is having a good summer! There have been two work days scheduled; July 11th and 25th. July 11th was set by the BCS school board and the 25th by PTF. Both work days will begin at 8:00 AM. The following agenda for the 11th is as follows: in the high school building carpet removed in 2 classrooms, a wall being moved in another classroom, and painting of classrooms. Please bring any tools to use with this work. Please bring outside yard tools for the work day on the 25th. We will work on cleaning the school campus for Open House. Tree limbs may need to be cut, painting of outside bleachers, clean up inside, pressure washing, etc. Thank you for your continued support of Christian Education; please make plans to attend one or both of the work days.

Above amounts do not include discounts for additional children. $330 discount for second child in each family, $660 discount for third child and each additional child in each family…above amounts to be adjusted accordingly.

No reduction in tuition will be made for absence from school. If a student attends school for 5 days after enrolling, the family will be responsible for tuition for the entire year. If the child withdraws, tuition insurance will apply unless the insurance is waived by family. Only families who pay for the whole year in advance may waive insurance. Tuition is payable on an annual, semi-annual, or monthly basis as explained above. Students are not allowed to attend class until a payment schedule has been arranged and the first payment(s) have been made. Students will not receive report cards if their account is not up to date. A late charge will be added to past due accounts. Students may not be allowed to attend school if their account is more than sixty (60) days past due. There will be a $20 charge for all bad checks.
