Newsletter

From the Superintendent

Over the course of the next few weeks, we will have some surveys posted online for our parents to complete. These surveys are concerned with the quality of the school and are an important part of our accreditation process. Each week we will have a different survey posted. Please take a few minutes to fill out this week’s survey for us, if you have not already done so. The survey will close this Friday. The survey can be found at this web address:
http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/9N7K5S5

Please remember the PTF meeting tonight at 6:30 in the school cafeteria. Also, please remember the Italian Night this Friday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. This fundraiser will feature lots of good Italian food, so please come out and support this event.

Spring school pictures will be taken on March 11. This will not be the day for kindergarten cap and gown pictures, however. Those photos will be taken at a later date.

Report cards will be distributed Tuesday, March 2. Parent-Teacher conferences will be Tuesday, March 9.

Talent Show Saturday, March 13

Please remember the Talent Show on Saturday evening, March 13. Interested students should sign up in the front office.

Papa John’s Pizza Night This Wednesday

Papa John's Pizza Night is this Wednesday, February 24th. Papa John's Pizza will contribute 20% of the order to BCS! The Homeroom teacher with the highest pizza sales wins a free pizza party. Order Forms will be sent home with each student.

Volunteers Needed

We are in desperate need of a couple of volunteers who would be willing to work up to ten hours per week assisting Mrs. Terry Stubblefield in the reception area in the front office. Duties would include answering the phone, taking messages, greeting visitors, and other duties in the reception area. If you would be interested in volunteering to help in this way, please contact Terry or me here at school.
